Show and Tell and Mrs Roo

In Week 3 Jacob told us about what Mrs Roo got up to for the weekend. Mrs Roo had fun playing on Jacob's tramp. Solarah brought in her my little pony that she gad decorated beautifully.  Mitchell brought in his Transformer, Bumblebee,  it was awesome how it could change. Everyone shared their news!

The Aladdin play was amazing!

Hagley Community College came to preform the story of Aladdin. It was great! We loved the dancing and acting. We all laughed at the wizard and the King!  Its great to see how people can turn a story into life!

We were racing on Wheels Day

Wheels Day was fantastic! Our Sports teacher, Arne, taught us how to be super safe at the new skate park. We all got a chance to try the new ramps and tracks.  We were super speedy! It was heaps of fun.

Super Kids!

Everyone in Room 2 gets to be the Super Kid. They are the leader for the day! They are Mrs Kearns' number one helper. They call the roll in the morning, take the milk list to the office, lead our brain gym and our lines when we walk around the school.  A huge thanks to one of our teacher aide's Karen who made our Super kid chair really flash and made us an awesome cape!  We really are Super Kids!

We have started our Head Start programne. We are learning to take turns,  share, use our imaginations and most of all gave fun!

We love swimming- we are like fish!!

We are loving our swimming lessons.  We are growing in confidence and learning heaps of new skills. Its been so nice being able to swim on these hot hot days!

Room 2 Super Star

Congratulations Ryder! You achieved our first certificate in our Whole School Assembly!  You're a great friend and you have settled into school with ease! Always smiling!

Our First Week

We have had a great first week. We love playing in the class home corner,  doing puzzles, listening to stories, playing with mobilo.... the list is huge!!!!! Room 2 is awesome!
